Coresentry
Privacy
Information about the contact form and its technical processing. Updated: 28 September 2026.
Controller and purposes
Coresentry handles incoming enquiries to understand your needs and, if you leave a contact detail, respond. Product enquiries support potential pre-contractual discussions at your request. Privacy rights requests are handled to meet our legal obligations. General enquiries and spam protection rely on our legitimate interest in managing and protecting communications. No newsletter subscription or automatic marketing campaign is created.
Minimal information
A product selection and message are required. Your name, company and reply contact are optional. You can submit without an email address. Without a contact detail, we cannot respond directly. Avoid sensitive data, passwords or confidential documents.
Access and storage
Enquiries are accessible only to authorised people handling them through our Cloudflare account. The form provides no public access to the enquiry list. Cloudflare supplies hosting, storage and spam protection. The D1 database is configured with EU jurisdiction; this does not mean every Cloudflare technical operation is restricted to the EU. Processing and any transfers are governed by the provider’s data protection agreements.
Retention
Enquiries expire 90 days after recording and are deleted by the following daily purge. You can request earlier deletion. Cloudflare technical backups may temporarily retain an earlier version: up to 7 extra days on D1 Free, or 30 on D1 Paid. Expired enquiries must not be restored to active use.
Spam protection and analytics
Turnstile checks submissions before they are recorded. Cloudflare may process technical browser information for this verification and service security. Our enquiry table stores no IP address, Turnstile token or advertising identifier. Umami measures pages and selected interactions; form contents and contact details are not sent to it.
Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Use the form topic ‘My personal data / my rights’, providing only what is needed to locate your enquiry. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
